Return and Exchange (Повернення і обмін)

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging the goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

1. Return Period: You may return or exchange the item within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, provided that it has not been used, its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved, as well as the settlement document issued with the goods.

2. Goods Not Subject to Return: According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, perfume and cosmetic products are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) if they are of proper quality.

3. Return Procedure:

   • Contact our customer support service by phone +380951518880 to inform us of your desire to return or exchange the item.

   • Send the goods to the address specified by our manager, along with the original settlement document.

   • After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will process the refund or exchange for another item within 7 working days.

4. Delivery Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer if the goods are of proper quality. In the event of a defect or an error on our part, our company covers the delivery costs.
