How to use

1. Prep the nail and apply base coat, cure.
2. Apply color (optional), cure.
3. Apply Twinkle Gel in a thin layer for a soft sparkle or build for a stronger effect.
4. Cure: UV 36W — 2 min or LED — 30 sec.
5. Seal with top coat and finish according to your top coat protocol.
