Payment Methods:

1. Non-cash Payment (Prepayment)

Owners of Visa and MasterCard can fully pay for the order after placing it. This payment option will save time when receiving the package. When meeting the courier, managers at the pick-up point, or post office, you will simply need to collect the order, having previously provided an identity document for the recipient.

To do this, you need to place an order, specify the prepayment option, wait for a call from the manager to clarify all order details (product availability, delivery date, buyer data verification for delivery), receive a link to pay for the order, and make the payment.

Attention: Payment is made by issuing an invoice through the Liqpay payment system. (An Invoice is a payment bill that you will receive by email or through another convenient communication channel: Viber, SMS, etc.).

2. Payment upon Receipt (Cash on Delivery)

You can also pay for the order after it arrives at the Nova Poshta office or upon delivery by a courier. To do this, when placing an order, specify cash on delivery (наложенный платеж) as the payment method.

Please note that an additional commission may be charged by Nova Poshta for the cash on delivery service. You can read more about the cash on delivery service on their website.

Delivery Times:
- Delivery across the territory of Ukraine usually takes from 1 to 3 working days, depending on your location and the operating schedule of Nova Poshta offices.
Delivery Cost:
- The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta's tariffs and depends on the weight and dimensions of the package. You can familiarize yourself with the current tariffs on the official Nova Poshta website.
- Delivery may be free for orders over a certain amount (check the website or with the manager).
Delivery Methods:
- Delivery to an Office: You can choose the Nova Poshta office closest to you to receive your order.
- Addressed Delivery: A Nova Poshta courier will deliver your order to the address you specify. Courier delivery is available throughout Ukraine (except for occupied territories and territories where hostilities are taking place).
Payment:
- Payment for the goods and delivery can be made online on our website or upon receipt of the order at the office or from the courier (cash on delivery).
Order Tracking:
- After the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (номер накладной) that you can use to monitor the delivery status on the Nova Poshta website.
Special Conditions:
- Please check the integrity of the packaging and the contents of the parcel upon receipt. In case of damage or order discrepancy, contact our support service to resolve the issue.
